Virtual Consultation
Greathouse of Decor is always happy to set up a free, 30 minute, virtual consultation to look around your home and discuss your ideas. There is no commitment for this option, and a perfect opportunity for those thinking they may be interested in doing work in their home, but not quite ready to take the leap. Or maybe you want to see if Greathouse of Decor is the right fit for you? Either way — let’s chat!
On-Site Design
For those clients who are ready to get to work, Greathouse of Decor will also travel to you! During this meeting, we will ideally tour the client’s home to get an idea of current style and color scheme. During our meeting we will discuss your project goals and recommendations for the space, including, but not limited to: furniture placement, addition or removal of furniture, paint colors, color schemes, window treatments, lighting, rugs and artwork, accessories and more. Following our meeting, the client will receive a summary of recommendations with specific details for updating their spaces. Should a client move forward with a digital design, this cost will be waived from the total cost. There will be no partial refunds given for any consultation that does not last the full 60 minutes. Travel up to 25 miles each way is included, any additional travel or consult time will be calculated at an hourly rate. The investment for this option is $175.
Digital Recommendations
Sometimes a client just needs a little direction, and some guided options. I’m here for that, too! Starting at a fee of $1250, Greathouse of Decor can come to you, or virtually explore your space. We will discuss your wants & needs, project goals and share ideas. A design board will be created for you to approve prior to final digital recommendations being delivered. Within two to four weeks, Greathouse of Decor will provide a digital document for you with our project goals, recommendations we discussed, and digital links within each category. All linked items fall within the design scheme and your budget, giving you the freedom to purchase and update at your own pace. Please note, fee is per room and 50% deposit required prior to beginning work. We will work together every step of the way to guarantee you have spaces that you love and that match your lifestyle!

Design by the Hour
The options are endless! We will meet to discuss your design needs and then get to it! Need help selecting paint colors? Want me to shop your space for you? Can’t figure out furniture for that tricky spot? This option can also be used to execute your digital designs. Hire me by the hour to set up your newly designed space for you! Design by the hour provides flexibility for clients seeking design services without the commitment of a larger design package. Can’t wait to see what we come up with! $175/first hour, $100 every hour after.
The Refresh
This option is reserved for past digital and full redesign clients. Greathouse of Decor is committed to providing a curated design with pieces that offer longevity. However, over time, items wear or trends and tastes change- this is where the Refresh package comes in. Starting at $350 per room previously styled, Greathouse of Decor will digitally offer new ideas and accessories that can be swapped out for a fresh look. The furniture and core design elements will remain in place, while creating an updated look for your room.
Outdoor Design
Greathouse of Decor designs cozy and functional patios, decks and porches to expand your outdoor living space and create the outdoor oasis of your dreams. This service is offered as a digital option (see above service option) and the investment ranges from $750-$1250. An in-home client consultation is included, but not required. We can explore your project together virtually too, and create a unique outdoor space just for you.
